Panera is now offering a "secret" power menu featuring salad entrees with carb counts listed. I've had two of these. I didn't care for the one with hummus. ( I make better hummus.) But the one that has roasted turkey is really low carb and not bad. Instead of salad dressing you get a lemon and a packet of olive oil. Which is far better than the glop you usually get with a salad.
i would consider the roasted turkey salad complete with a whole grain baguette. Perhaps 1/2 of a baguette. But even with a baguette, the carb count is way lower than a normal meal eaten almost anywhere. And the roasted turkey isn't bad at all.
