I love appetisers and I have always loved canapes: looking at them and eating them. Stems from parties my folks would have and the special occasions when they would order canapes from "Monica's Catering". Shrimp swans etc. They seem to be a lost art, perhaps too time consuming and expensive to make. I was wondering if there are any cookbooks or other sources where I might learn the art, if only for my own pleasure. Thanks for any help on this.
