I was in Phoenix for Thanksgiving, and had an amazing meal at Mariscos Playa Hermosa! Wer'e back home in DC now, and I'd love to try to recreate their Camerones Culichi. The recipes I'm finding online don't have all the ingredients that were in the Playa Hermosa recipe. The online versions all include the roasted poblanos, which is probably most important, but the Playa Hermosa dish also had tomatillos and cilantro in the sauce. Can anybody help me find a recipe that comes close? Thanks!
