I realize that 'hounds could howl over this, but the pure flavors and high-quality ingredients (black bass, Mexican skirt steak with three (chipotle, coriander, white) dipping sauces, sugar-cane shrimp, madeleines for the left-over chocolate dessert dips, etc., made this our "dinner-of-the-year"!
Superior olive rolls, sourdough, baguettes served by the ever-accomodating Boulud Bread Man.
We're tapped out, for sure, and ONE bottle of bottom-end-priced ($49!) wine had to do, but hey, ya gotta treat yourself right ONCE in awhile.
