Cacio e Pepe - where else to get it?

Hi Everyone,
My husband is obsessed with the dish "cacio e pepe" of Roman fare, the thicker and more gravy-like the better. I am looking to surprise him with a night before Father's Day dinner out, June 18th, and wanted to find a place that offers Cacio that we haven't already tried.

We've already been to:
Quinto Quarto
Maialino
Lupa
Cacio e Pepe
Bocca
Gusto, or was it Gottino - been to both of those, can't remember which had cacio.

Happy to go anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn, heck even Queens.
Thanks.
