hi, i was wondering if any of you restaurant savy chowhounds out there know the laws regarding b.y.o.b. service in philadelphia.
Specifically, do you need a special liscence that allows customers to bring their own bottles (other than a cafe or restaurant liscence)?
Also, can a byob restaurant give away drinks to customers if they don't charge them (this has been offered to me at a few places before i think)?
If anybody has any information or places i can go to find out this information, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks for your time.
