Butterscotch Cookies

Bob Copeland | Mar 6, 2008 07:56 AM

I love the butterscotch cookies (tidbits) at Neldam's in Oakland. Little tiny butter cookies with butterscotch chips in them. There's perhaps 50 half-dollar size (remember half-dollars?) melt-in-your-mouth cookies in a smallish bag ($4.05). They only make them on Thursdays and sell them until they run out.

If Neldam's may close, as has been suggested, where can I get my fix? Who else makes good butterscotch cookies?
