Best burger in Houston?

Maybe...I went to Christians Totem today on the heels of Rob Walsh's review of the burger last week. I have to say I was impressed by this burger and for people that don't like the burger to big but don't like em small either this is the joint. The burger here is smaller than Lankford's but bigger than Roznofsky's/Otto's variety. I think the review said the meat was ground on site or fresh and I believe it because you can tell by the texture of the patty. I also had the onion rings and although they were good and they stayed in tact I can't say I would get them again because 1. I am not a huge onuion ring guy and 2. I really only like the onion rings at Tex Chick on Fairview in the montrose area.
All in all I would rate Christians totem at/near the top based on my 1 burger, with Lankford's right with them on thier better days (my last 2 Lankford's were merely good) and ahead of Tokies, Rudyards and Guy's.
