So, fellow Hounds, who do you think makes the best Bun Bo Hue in either LA or Orange County? The best I’ve had so far has been at Quan Hy in Westminster. Rich, intensely flavorful broth with a mass of tender, succulent and adventurous meats. A recent bowl at Pho Minh in El Monte was delicious. The broth was very good but neither it nor the ingredients matched the depth and complexity of Quan Hy’s. I'm seeking what would be considered the authentic, traditional Hue City style.
I’m anxious to try Ngu Binh in Westminster and My Linh's Bun Bo Hue Restaurant in Garden Grove.
Your insights will be appreciated. (Das Uber?). I need my fix.
