Ok, I've heard the complaints Bukowskis in Inman Square just isnt the same as the Dalton location; that they are becoming a chain, etc. and so on. I have to say, I quite like having 99 bottles on this side of the rivers. It isnt the same experience but it is still a good addition to the neighborhood.
That said, I have to share my 2cents which everybody is talking about but no one is brave enough to speak up. Im talking about the ridiculous volume the music. Nobody will say anything because were all afraid of being labeled lame. My bet is that they want to keep it up, a bit harsh to please the cool cat crowd. I say, forget, if we want to go hear music well do it elsewhere. I come to your spot to enjoy brew, friends, neighbors and food that isnt great, nor bad. The space is big, so it is a good place for a group, small or big. But with the too loud music socialization between mates is a no go! Ill skip it next time and make it over to Redbones for an interesting beer.
P.S. The smoked beer is a nice winter drink!
