Some Buffets

Does anyone know anything about "New Style Cafe Buffet" in Peabody? It supposedly opened in the Buffet King space on the 19th of December. Yet, google shows bupkis. Moreover, a search on the board here shows posts from 2002 claiming Buffet King was gone. Surely that can't be - I ate there about 4 months ago! It must have closed around Oct or Nov 03 at the earliest.

Or has it been on-again, off-again as Buffet King? In any case, what about New Style? Supposed to be Thai Chinese and Japanese, and they just bought a liquor license, per the local paper.

Any other interesting buffets around? That Thai place in Marblehead stopped serving theirs, I believe. Lasted like 4 or 5 weeks, tops. Too bad; I thought it was quite nice (albeit a tad steep).

Lastly, Phantom Gourmet - a show/site I don't trust much - lists "315 Main" as an Italian buffet in Woburn. Italian buffet? Is this true? I can google up very little on the place (also as "Three Fifteen") - anyone know offhand?

Thank you!

By the way, how much is the lunch (lunch only?) buffet at Novel in the BPL? Various ads state $5.95, but a few reviews state $15.95. The former seems too low for that part of town; the latter way too high for a lunch!

Speaking of which, I noticed a lobster-inclusive buffet somewhere in RI which goes for "only $65". Only $65! Lobster or no lobster, who would do a buffet at that price? The kids price is something like 40 bucks even!!

Anyone know the place?
