My first few visits were mediocre. The food was kinda bland, very salty, and often overcooked. The decor is nifty for about 5 minutes, then you realize how over the top it is and it becomes almost annoying. Haven't had any problems with service.
My visit last night was a lot better. Maybe they're finding their way, or perhaps one needs to stray away from the standard dishes of meatballs and chicken parm. We had a mixed meat platter that had a filet, herbed chicken, sausage, and pork chop. I already knew their sausage was terrible, but the rest of it was quite good. In fact, the chicken was outstanding.
The bread for the bruscetta was also excellent, but the tomato relish (or whatever you want to call it) was mushy, although not terrible. Everything needed more garlic.
All in all, a good dinner. I'd go again, except most of the local family owned places are still better.
