There's something awfully fishy about a Florida-based bagel company advertising bagels made from "Brooklynized" water.
In addition, the logo for the company is:
Water Bagel Co.
Calling your plain bagels "water bagels" is an immediate sign that you're not from the Tri State area.
(Who had a Sam's Larchmont bagel for breakfast today and was very happy with it)
P.S. Finally tried the Brooklyn Bagel Bakery "hearth baked" New York bagel. Meh. Better than their other sub-par offerings, but they were small and neither chewy nor crispy enough.
