So, my husband and I have attempted to go to Broder's multiple times, and been put off by the astronomical wait. That said, I think we're going to make another attempt on Sunday, and we're hoping, what with the Superbowl and all, that it won't be crowded. Anyway, what dishes would you recommend to someone who hasn't been?
Appetizers and mains - or anything else remarkable, really (or to be avoided, for that matter). Neither of us are terribly fond of seafood or bell peppers.
My husband loves carbonara, also, so I'd be interested to hear if anyone has opinions on theirs.
I see on their menu they've got a pasta with chicken, greens, prosciutto, asparagus, almonds, mascarpone, and balsamic - has anyone had it? It sounds delicious, but I once had a similar dish elsewhere that was really heavy on the balsamic, and it was all I could taste, so I'm little wary of it.
