British food and Oskter items!

For those who loves Cadbury's, Jacob digestives, McV and Oskter brand of baking supplies, flan, and other stuff, there is a new supermarket that opened 2 weeks ago on Frankford and Academy that carries them. The supermarket's name is Food Basics. It's run by A&P, like a warehouse. There is half an aisle devoted to all those *foreign* brands such as heinz cream of tomato soup, Jacob Jaffa Cakes (yummy!), Cadbury drifter, chocolate covered digestives and many different kinds of chocolate bars that I used to get at Avril's across from Penn Law School. The rest of the supermarket is just blah, but for those who enjoy british items or polish items, you may want to make a trip out of it on your way to Franklin Mills. :)

I really miss Jacob orange chocolate covered biscuits. The Jacob Jaffa Cakes that I am munching on right now is not bad. The store is only 2 weeks old, so most of those British items probably haven't been on the shelves for that long. it's a blessing.

I remember way back someone asked where he can get British food items. Just FYI.
