Brioche! French toast

The amazing loaf of brioche has made a rare appearance at Susina Bakery. So I get the rare treat of making the best french toast ever. Better than challa bread. Brioche slices with powdered sugar on the outside so when you fry it, it gets perfectly caramelized. You can cook up a batch of berries with butter and sugar to put on top. Oh joy.
