Found a great AYCE sushi joint in Cambridge. Brilliant Kitchen was such a neat surprise. Didn't expect a small town to have a place this good. Better than most AYCE places in TO. I know this board tends to give the evil eye to these sushi establishments and I can't argue most times but BK really was very good. Super fresh fish and inventive rolls. Even the green tea was good. I loved how some rolls were just three pieces so I could try a few of them. As a single diner, it was really appreciated. Toronto roll was my fave and the spicy salmon was delish. Spicy and slightly sweet. Staff was efficient and proficient and the restaurant itself was beautiful and huge. It was so big there was an oasis in the middle of the place. Only drawback was the rice fell apart on a couple of sushi pieces. Other than that, I'm just sorry I live too far too go all the time.
