I ate at Brightson's a while back and thought the food was mediocre. What should I get next time? I ordered the Oysters en Brouchette as an appetizer and Pork Loin as the entre. I thought they were both very average. Kind of like the food you get at one of the touristy spots on Bourbon St.
I just think there are much better places uptown like: Geatreau's, Upperline, Dick and Jenny's and another one that starts with a "C". I don't want to give the secret away!
Also, I thought Pascal's was average. There is no way their BBQ shrimp beats Mr. B's!
