Breakfast Burritos in Barstow?

Wife and I periodically go on road-trips to Las Vegas that take us through Barstow right around breakfast-time.

Anyone know of any take-out joints, catering trucks/taco trucks, or taquerias that might serve decent to-go breakfasts--especially Mexican food for breakfast--and super-especially breakfast burritos?

Our route includes SR-58 from Bakersfield to Barstow then along I-15 to Vegas. So I'd be open to suggestions anywhere along that route: Tehachapi, Mojave, California City (a little out of the way but not too far for a decent breakfast burrito), Boron (one can fantasize, right?), Kramer Junction, Hinkley, Barstow, even out to Baker (though at that point I'd probably decide to wait until Vegas proper).

I've searched the California board and I've seen the very mixed recommendation for the Astroburger egg sandwich in Kramer Junction--I know it's not Mexican food, but at least it was breakfast.

I did eat a taco once at a truck stop on US-395 called something like Taco Chon (somewhere near Adelanto, iirc). It was pretty good, though a bit scary, too. That place is gone I think, but it should give you an idea of the kind of place I'd be willing to stop at for a breakfast burrito.
