It's been a while since I've been looking for this dish in Montreal and I was just about to give up when I thought I'd ask you guys here :)
It's apparently a Hakka dish sometimes called 'braised pork belly with preserved vegetables', sometimes 'pork belly with mustard greens'. I don't speak Chinese but it's also called "Mui Choy Khow Yok" or "Mei Cai Kou Rou"?
I saw the canned version of this dish some while ago in Chinatown but I just went to look for some but couldn't find any.
If anyone knows where to find the dish itself or the canned version, please let me know, thanks :) My late grandma used to make this dish and it'd be great to eat this again and bring back some memories. I know that there are some Hakka restaurants in Toronto but never heard of any in Montreal, but then again, maybe I'm just not very much updated.
Thanks beforehand for your help!!
