My lovely husband took me to this restaurant for dinner last night. It's a newish venture of Terence Conran. Verdict: delicious! We shared a langoustine salad, which was light and perfectly seasoned, and then the rack of lamb for 2; Welsh lamb, cooked pink and served with sautéed vegetables. For pudding I had a passion fruit soufflé into which the waiter spooned a spoon of passion fruit sorbet at the last minute. No mean feat since he had got wind of the fact it was my birthday and was trying to light a candle at the same time! Excellent service. Imagine it wasn't cheap (but a lady doesn't ask if she is being treated) but would definitely go again.
One thing, we ate early ish at 7.00 and it was completely full at 8.30 even on a weekday night, so I would suggest booking early.
