I am headed to Bones for lunch with a group. I have not dined at Bones in years. I always
go to at least one steakhouse when I visit Atlanta. I usually go to Chops, Capitol Grille, or Mortons.
My issue with Bones has always been there limited selection of dry aged beef. I always order a steak when I dine at great steak houses. Has anyone had the dry-aged 20 oz bone-in ribeye at Bones?
Since I'm dining with a group I don't know that i will order a steak that cost $65. How is the NY strip?
I wish Bones had a dry-aged strip. Are there any sides that are must order items. Since it has been so long since my last visit to Bones i am anxious to see how it compares to my favorites.
