This is the second time I have had the rib eye here and it was as delicious last night as it was a few months ago. They char the outside and it was a perfect rare to medium rare. Juicy, wonderful umami taste with some bleu cheese in a little puddle on top. It comes with three tomato halves with slices of the same bleu cheese on top of the halves, fresh basil leaves and a simple vinagrette dressing to finish. It really was steak heaven.
And the usual bloody mary, spicy and cold in a tall glass with a bleu cheese stuffed olive and a regular olive.
My blood is now 85% bleu cheese...
$35 for the steak, plus my wife had a Caesar salad with chicken and a side of fries and a coke. Out the door for $68, plus tip.
We were there early (6:20 p.m.) and just walked in a got a booth in the back without any problem. Good, attentive service from start to finish.
