Went to Bone Lick Park this evening ( haven’t been there since they opened) and the ribs really good. They had a nice deep smoky flavor like Dinosaur BBQ. They thing I wish they had was real pulled pork ( not chopped) and full size ribs ( not baby back, though they do seem pretty large to be called baby back).

What I also loved was the bbq sauce that came on the side. It actually tasted good! Not like ketchup at all. A tad spicy though.

Also had the mixed green salad with blue cheese, which was really fresh ( it even had a few par boiled string beans in it....never seen this in a mixed salad before, but was a pleasant addition).

For dessert I had the Key Lime Pie. This too was lovely, very very light filling....not to tart.

Didn’t care for the diner-like decor, but hey its a rib joint.

For 30.00 bucks it was well worth it. I must return there.....
