On a recommendation from this board (like a year ago) I tried Blue Moon for pizza. It was pretty good, coal-oven, thin crisp crust with fresh cheese, sauce, and basil atop. Not awe-inspiring, but above-average.
I've since figured out that it can be sublime. Here's the tip:
Go and sit at the last booth in the back by the oven/kitchen. You can get your pizza in about 30 seconds from coming out of the oven. That first slice is PURE HEAVEN (assuming you don't burn yourself too badly.)
The pizza of course slowly comes back to earth as it cools, but that first slice experience makes the whole meal.
