blue marlin downhill?

i've always enjoyed blue marlin, but i think i enjoyed it more 3 or 4 years ago.

went again for the first time in a long time and got a good crab croquette curry, my girlfriend was craving teriyaki chicken (ill never understand why) so she got that. ten minutes in i tasted the chicken and it was dry and hard as if it had been sitting there precooked for over an hour and they reheated it upon our order. it was so gross. i couldnt believe that she could sit there and eat it. i sent it back and i rarely ever do that. luckily shes a slow eater so she had barely eaten any of it.

she got the pork tonkatsu omu rice instead. i thought the pork less tasty than before: a bit dry and with very little panko presence. kind of a bummer... and sadly, its put my girlfriend off of teriyaki chicken and chicken in general.
