Blue Fin in Adams Morgan

anyone else been to Blue Fin? I've been three times since they opened last fall, and have enjoyed the small sushi-tapas offerings - but the service has been even more impressive. On my first visit (late at night after an evening of nibbling and drinking), the chef (who at the time I did not know was the exec chef) working behind the sushi counter let us examine and even use his knives. I suspect that folks interested enough in food to read here are also interested in good cutlery - Randy was clever enough to let us play around with his set and even "employed" us to chop up a bunch of vegetables as prep. I also recommend the octopus ceviche and chocolate pyramid - but not together ;)
