Someone was asking about East Coast/Maryland style crabs recently. I just stopped by the New Orleans Fish Market (thanks, Hershey Bomar!) and the guy there said they get live blue crabs from Louisiana every Friday. They can cook them for you, or you can take them to cook at home. Actually, they had some today... not blue, but seemed like the kind I had at a crab joint in Baltimore.
I also picked up some Louisiana andouille... Veron brand.
