I love the Whole Foods smoked mozarella, but at $7.99 a pound I feel like I could try to do a decent job on my own for cheaper.
Looking for a recipe that also satisfies the following requirements...
1) Can make in bulk, will last 3-7 days (6-14 lbs).
2) Whole wheat pasta, preferably something you fork rather than twirl
3) Maybe incorporates some veggies and meats
4) Easy to make
If anyone's ever had the "Southern-style Cobb Salad" (I don't know why they call it that) from Kroger which is basically penne with chicken and some kind of blue cheese dressing, that's what I mean.
