My husband and I will have something to celebrate soon and would like to have the blowout meal we haven't been able to afford for awhile. Citronelle, CityZen, Inn at Little Washington, Restaurant Eve, Maestro .... these were some we came up with. (Been to Inn at Easton - meh, Minibar - amazing, Charleston - good. Our favorite restaurants are Babbo, Gramercy Tavern, Nobu - but I guess we're not in NYC anymore.) We are looking for impeccable service, memorably terrific food, and a many-course meal we'll remember fondly a long time from now. Also, while we don't mind spending a lot, we hate when it doesn't feel worth it. Any thoughts?
