If the chef/cook hadn't dumped a salt shaker over everything, I would have had a decent meal. What a thing to do to fresh wild salmon. Excellent fennel/sage sauce, but difficult to eat after a few bites because of rhe salt level. The salmon was nicely cooked, but again, too salty.
Asparagus was much too undercooked. Nice little pommes-almost-anna, but again, salty.
I do love the house blue cheese vinaigrette.
