Looks like I'm going to have to miss my annual June trip to New England, where I feast on fried scallops, lobster rolls (especially CT. style), lobster stew, and my beloved big-belly fried clams!
Anyone know of a local T.O. supplier that can provide fresh-shucked big-belly clams?
I'd rather not have to shop around trying to find big-bellies and then do the shucking myself. :-)
*by the way, if anyone is looking for seafood suggestions for MA. RI., CT. NH. ME, let me know, I have been virtually everywhere :-)
