On the way to a wedding in Wawona we planned to have lunch at Ducey's on the Lake. Unfortunately a party of 40 had just been seated and the wait would be long since they were short handed.
We roamed the Arts and Crafts fair in the upper parking lot and heard that there was a Mexican restaurant just around the curve to the west of the shopping area.
Castillo's really hit the spot, we shared Enchiladas Verde (cheese with their chile verde over the top) and the fish tacos, small pieces of seasoned fish, not battered. Had a decent margarita to wash it all down. Turns out the lady/owner is related to the Castillo family that has had a restaurant in Fresno as long as I can remember.

crackers (Stilton and a Cheshire-Stilton combo)
Scottish pies (pasties) - Lamb and Vegetarian
Mixed Baby Greens with candied pecans, dried blue
cheese and raspberries
Grilled Halibut with fresh Dill creme sauce
Rice pilaf with whole wheat pasta, dried cranberries
