A good thick burger, cooked perfectly. Very moist and practically gushing oily juices as I chomped down. Makes the bun feel inadequate.
Onion rings are awesome, partly because they are served fresh and hot from the fryer and mostly because they're made with a thin dusting of flour, which allows the onions their sweetest expression. It's the right textural balance too -- little bit of crispiness and then the supple crunch from the onions.
