BarK was great Southwestern

I tried out BarK (pronounced Bar-Kay) for the first time Friday night and had a great meal. It used to be the back room of Cowgirl Hall of Fame (10th and Hudson), but has been converted into a small restaurant/bar, obviously sharing a kitchen. Fabulous southwestern food. I had a chicken with cilantro dumplings in a bowl with some sort of sauce (a little too rich). But it was great, as were the appetizers and my sidekick's meal. It does not share the noise problem Cowgirl has, with an acceptable level of noise. Wasn't crowded. Great service as well. Definitely a good find...
