Since I only eat the smoked fish sandwiches at Blue Ribbon, this is hysterical coming from me, but my Florida-wintering dad, who's now in Peabody, will only hitch the wagons westward and come into the city for Blue Ribbon....I myself have seen these ribs, and even a vegetarian can tell they're plump, juicey with a lovely texture on the outside...i prefer to think of my father sa a purist, because he takes his ribs *neat*, no sauce; we don't need no steenking sauces!!!!
