I'm embarrassed to say that I've never had this - or even heard of it. I know that CostCo sells an excellent brand of Vietnamese style pork jerky in 4 flavors (Golden Mountain/Formosa 14 ounces for $11). Traditional bakkwa is made from minced pork and pressed into square cut sheets and maybe fairly greasy. Fancier versions may be made from solid pork.
After reading up on it it seems I should have stumbled across this stuff somewhere in my adventures, but I'm at a loss. Help?
