This Cook's Country recipe didn't work for me at all! The cake came out underdone, even after baking it longer (and cutting the recipe down by 20 percent to make up for having a smaller pan) than the 45 minutes it called for. I won't be bringing it to a potluck tonight after all, boo-hoo! Any suggestions, other than baking it longer next time? Has anyone else had success with this? In retrospect, 45 minutes (at 350 F) seems like an absurdly low amount of time to bake a cake of this size.
