Bad counterhelp service at Recchiuti's Ferry Bldg shop

I really like Michael Recchiuti's chocolates but I will stop buying from his counterhelp.

I've visited his shop on Sunday, Nov 2nd around 11am. His counterhelp, an Asian male would not give me the time of day in terms of service. He was on the phone, then he was doing inventory. Never a mention if I needed help. He was very rude to me when I asked about the price of the chocolates. I ended up finally buying about $7 worth of chocolates with a bad taste in my mouth.

Today, Dec 4th, I stopped again at the shop. He was there again. This time I saw him on the phone when I walked by, again doing some stocking of chocolates and checking the computer. I was standing there for about 5 minutes just waiting for him. He told me they had samples but they were all gone, offering me crumbs. I refused them but he couldn't cut up more? Didn't buy anything.

This guy is a young, Asian male, with tons of tatoos on his arms, messy hair, glasses and a very bad attitude. Has anyone seen him and had to deal with him? I've made comments on Recchiuti's website, hope things improve.
