This maybe off topic but it is very specific to the coconut tapioca desert I had at the Ward Ave location of Ba Le Sandwich shop. Loved the taste of this because it wasn't too sweet, but very refreshing. I tried the one at the Don Quijote location and it was much too sweet and thicker like regular tapioca pudding.
My question is does anyone know how to make that at home? Should be pretty simple but so far the recipes found on the web don't come close.
