Okay, so I read all the reviews and saw some great photos too, so I decided to give it a try.
We got there at about 8:30 on Friday night, the place was pretty busy. The decor is mellow and the overall vibe is different than other sushi bars cause the chefs are women. Which made us kind of wonder . . . "how different will this be?"
Well we sat at and ordered the sushi bar omakase, we started out with Kumamoto oyster shooters in a martini glass and halibut carpaccio which was awesome.
We got the fresh wasabi as expected, and the sushi started to come out one by one.

Kanpachi with a dash of salt and lemon-wow
Spanish Mackerel with some imported japanese ginger was amazing, i thought i didn't like mackerel i was wrong.
jumbo scallops were sooooo sweet.
toro was amazing, i noticed the chef didn't leave in the crazy fiber part that can be kind of gross.
overall the experience was insanely good. I have to admit i was a bit curious about women making sushi but, at the end it didn't even cross my mind. Maybe sizes were a bit smaller than I'm used to but, I prefer one size bites.
