Could anyone please recommend a place in SB for real pizza (ie, made with mozzarella di bufala, ten inches, proper cheese to dough to sauce ratio, fresh ingredients, passes the folding 3x test, crisp AND chewy crust)?
I will be here for the next 5 years as a grad student, and coming from NYC, it's been a REAL disappointment so far. I had the pizza last night at Bucatini and I really want to break down and cry.
