Has anyone noticed Kristal's Cafe in the East Village? The menu looked intriguing:
lechon kawali (deep-fried pork belly in liver sauce), arroz caldo with tokwat baboy (rice congee with chicken, tripe, tofu and pork), paksiw na bangus (milk fish cooked in vinegar) and bulalo (beef shin soup with onions). They also serve diniguan, pork blood stew.
