In your recent reponse re: Studio, you mentioned you had "herb-mascarpone gnocchi with Parma ham and aged Parmesan-Reggiano."
Since their menu changes quite often, and they do not have any gnocchi on the menu today, I want so much to know the details of that plate of gnocchi because I have those ingredients at home and it sounds delicious. (I love gnocchi)
Was the herb mascarpone IN the gnocchi? or was it the sauce?
Did the gnocchi have just a boiled finish or was it slightly finished in saute - maybe a very slightly crispy exterior?
Any details you can remember of that particular dish would be appreciated. Chef Boyce might not offer that same item ever again - or maybe? But, not for a while. Currently, no gnocchi at the Studio, The Loft, or the Loft Lobby.
