My vote for best dish of the summer? It may very well be Applewood's Atlantic Wreckfish (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wreckfish) served in a corn puree (you're going to want to ask for a drinking straw). There's also an interesting green swimming around in that puree (forgot to note the name). Enjoy it before the season changes.
Also, the $35 prix-fixe is a marvelous bargain: four courses plus two amuses. The second amuse, a scoop of chocolate sorbet with chile will wake you up. The dessert was a maple sugar crepe.
Again, Applewood excels.
