I disagree with the reporter about three of the four places cited.
I heartily agree, however, about Frank Ma's about which was written "...seemingly endless, tantalizing menu. From coiled onion pancakes and Shanghai rice cake with pork to custardy sea bass and slowly braised Chinese bacon..."
Frank Ma's is close to, if not hands down, the best Chinese restaurant in Atlanta.
Don't get too excited, though. The engaging owners told me last week that they will be ending their run around December.
When you go, don't be shy about asking the couple who run it questions about the specials on the foyer menu board, they love to talk about their food.
And its BYOB, so if you want a beer, bring it with you.
