Athens West in Huntington Beach-you call that a falafel?!

My sister and I both had a gyros and we split a side order of falafel. Won't be going back. The gyros meat was a very mushy, mealy texture and lacked any real flavor. The pita bread was ok. The cucumber and garlic in the tzatziki sauce was pretty much nonexistent and thinner than how I like it(or how it should be IMHO). And the falafel...OHHH let me tell you about the FALAFEL....! It was over cooked, dry, crumbly, and had almost a medicinal taste to it which overpowered any herbs that might have been in there. It was so dry I was surprised it retained it's shape. I was so disappointed in it that I almost....ALMOST...forgot about how bad the gyros was.
