Mexikosher -- as you might guess from the, ahem, clever name -- is a Kosher Mexican place.
It's a pretty basic setup. Pick the type of meat you want (carnitas, carne asada, birrira or chicken), and then a vehicle on how you want the meat to be presented (burrito, taco, nacho or rice bowl), then dress it with the salsas and sauces of your choice.
The carnitas and carne asada are both tasty. To keep the "carnitas" Kosher they use a mix of beef and duck confit. Who would've thunk it?
They also have birrira and chicken on the menu which we did not have a chance to try.
In a twisted good way this place sort of reminds me of Chino Bandido out in Phoenix.
