My date and I went there on our holiday in new england and were impressed as hell. We ordered the tasting menu which had the following courses:
house cured proscuitto antipasto with fresh moz.,tomatoes and zucchini
a mix yer own garden salad with 2 vins and 2 oils and 2 salts
this one's the best: sauted bay of fundy hailibut with creamy corn custard, garden herb and arugula salad, corn and clery puree, crispy garden eggplan chips and preserved orange and saffron coulis
grilled tenderloin of beef ith raosted cream potoates, zucchini prerves and huckelberry vineigar and STANDOUT ragout of beef 4 grains, housemaid bresoloe
cheese- 2 types
the tasting menu was a whopping 95 worth it dollars and our wine was and even whoppinger 100 bucks
desserts probably needed the most work, as the lemon brullee was too not right and the chocolate pannacotta really lacked a lot of anything. my date said there were too many greens on the plates but i liked that.
service was a little over the top (i'm not crazy about false airs) but good and functional
all the veggies are grown in their garden which is worth the walk through.
if you got the dough, i strongly recommend it
