Armenian salt cookies

I picked up some Armenian salt cookies at Sahag's Basturma the other day. A very strange and delightful snack. Long, crunchy little cookies, completely not sweet. Not particularly salty either. Instead, it is just full of the taste of very good, very fresh, new-baked flour. A pure flour experience. When I am calm and concentrating, it is a very intense experience.
